Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to reinstate an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 17, 2010, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 12, 2011.
