On April 15, 2024, the parties filed two joint status reports, one of which appears to be a duplicate report. The report informs the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement in this case, and they expect to execute and submit the proposed stipulated decision in the next 60 days.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties joint status report (Index #19) is hereby stricken from the record for duplication. It is further

ORDERED that on or before June 17, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision in this case.
