Before STERN, C. J., STEARNE, JONES, BELL, CHIDSEY and MUSMANNO, JJ.

Appeals, Nos. 230 and 231, Jan. T., 1952, from order of Orphans' Court of Luzerne County, 1923, No. 428, in estate of William B. Evans, deceased. Order affirmed.

Proceeding upon citation to show cause why respondent should not file an account for specified real estate.

Final decree entered dismissing citation, opinion by JONES, P. J. Devisees under will of decedent appealed.

H. H. Breland, J. Campbell Collins, John H. Collins and Collins Collins, for appellants, submitted a brief.

James P. Harris and James P. Harris, Jr., for appellee, submitted a brief.
