Appellant, Stacie Voight Etzel, by and through her attorney, has filed amended motions for non-suit requesting that this Court dismiss her appeals.See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a). Without passing on the merits of the cases, we grant the motions and pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.2(a), dismiss the appeals. Having dismissed the appeals at appellant's request, no motions for rehearing will be entertained, and our mandates will issue forthwith.

This case is before the Court on transfer from the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio pursuant to a docket equalization order issued by the Supreme Court of Texas. See TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 73.001 (West, Westlaw through 2013 3d C.S.). --------
