Before the Court is appellants' unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal. Appellants inform us that appellees have dismissed the lawsuit against appellants that was the underlying basis for this appeal, and that “[t]he issue of the appeal is thus over.” Accordingly, we grant appellants' motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
