We note the clerk's record has not been filed because appellant has yet to pay the $84 clerk's fee. On our own motion, we ORDER appellant to file, no later than February 8, 2016, written verification that she either (1) has paid for the record or (2) is entitled to proceed without prepayment of costs. We caution appellant that failure to do so may result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b), 42.3(b), (c).
