ORDER OF DISMISSAL AND DECISION

On March 7, 2022, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution and the Court set this motion for hearing at the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 28, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas.

ORDERED AND DECIDED that there is a deficiency in income tax due from petitioner for the taxable year 2019 in the amount of $459.00.
