An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 25, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendants-respondents having moved to strike plaintiff-appellant's record on appeal and brief, or in the alternative, to strike plaintiff's sur-reply from the record on appeal, as well as all related arguments made in plaintiff's appellant's brief; and for an extension of time in which to file a respondent's brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied in its entirety.
