This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Los Angeles California, trial session scheduled to commence on October 7, 2024.

On June 28, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. The Commissioner states that Ms. Estrella has not been responsive to his communication attempts to resolve this case.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's Motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 31, 2024, Ms. Estrella shall file a response or an objection, if any, to the Commissioner's Motion. Failure to file an objection may result in the Court granting the Commissioner's Motion. In lieu of filing a response or an objection to the Commissioner's Motion, the parties may file a proposed stipulated decision by the stated deadline.
