FINAL JUDGMENT


On this day, the Court entered an Order denying Petitioner Francisco Javier Estrada's Amended Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence, filed on February 17, 2005, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. The Court further denied Petitioner a Certificate of Appealability regarding any of his claims. The Court now enters its Final Judgment pursuant to Rule 58 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner Francisco Javier Estrada's Amended Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is DENIED and this action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Petitioner is further DENIED a Certificate of Appealability.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all pending motions in this cause, if any, are DENIED AS MOOT.
