Appellant's brief is overdue. Appellant's brief was originally due November 17, 2023. On November 20, 2023, this Court notified appellant's counsel, Stephanie Hudson, that appellant's brief was overdue, and we directed Ms. Hudson to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief within ten days. As of the date of this order, neither appellant's brief nor a motion for extension of time to file the brief has been filed.

We ORDER Ms. Hudson to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief on or before MARCH 4, 2024. If appellant's brief and motion for extension are not filed by that date, this appeal may be abated for the trial court to make findings in accordance with Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(2).
