Appellant's brief is overdue. Appellant's brief was originally due November 17, 2023. On November 20, 2023, this court notified appellant's counsel, Stephanie Hudson, and directed her to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief within ten days. As of the date of this order, Ms. Hudson has not filed appellant's brief or a motion for extension of time to file the brief, and Ms. Hudson has not communicated with this Court concerning this appeal.

We ORDER appellant's counsel, Stephanie Hudson, to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief on or before FEBRUARY 12, 2024. If appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief are not filed by that date, this appeal may be abated for the trial court to make findings in accordance with Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(2).
