ORDER
Appellant has filed a motion to review the trial court's order concerning his inability to pay costs in accordance with Rule 145(g) of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Appellant claims that the trial court held a contest hearing on April 3, 2017, and rendered judgment against him. Under Rule 145(g)(3), this court is required to promptly send notice to the trial court clerk and the court reporter requesting the preparation of the record of all trial court proceedings on the appellant's claim of indigence. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145(g)(3). Therefore, the trial court clerk is ORDERED to prepare a clerk's record consisting of all trial court proceedings on appellant's claim of indigence, including appellant's statement of inability to afford payment of court costs, any motions contesting the statement, and the trial court's order sustaining the contest. The court reporter is ORDERED to prepare the reporter's record of all proceedings on appellant's claim of indigence, including the trial court's April 3, 2017 hearing. The requested records are due no later than April 21, 2017.
