MIGUEL X ESTRADA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Eunkyong Choi, Special Trial Judge.

By Order served April 6, 2023, we added this case to the Court's May 10, 2023, Washington, D.C., remote special hearing session, solely to enable respondent to issue a subpoena returnable at that hearing. We instructed respondent to file a status report by May 5, 2023, advising whether the third party had complied with the subpoena, so that a hearing would no longer be necessary. On April 27, 2023, respondent filed a status report in which he represented that the third party had complied with the subpoena and that a hearing therefore was not necessary.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's May 10, 2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session.
