ORDER

On the Court's own motion and pursuant to MCR 7.216(A)(9), immediate consideration of plaintiff's "verified complaint for declaratory judgment and mandamus" is GRANTED. To effectuate an expedited decision in this case, the following schedule is hereby imposed:

All answers to the complaint, including supporting briefs, and all motions, including motions to intervene or for filing amicus briefs, are to be filed in this Court by 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2022.

All responses to motions, and briefs in support of the responses, and any reply brief to an answer to the complaint are to be filed by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 12, 2022.

No extensions of time will be allowed for filing motions or briefs except by order of the Court.

Pursuant to MCR 7.206(D)(4), there is no oral argument on preliminary hearing of a complaint, so this matter will be submitted for decision on the briefs as filed without oral argument.
