Appeal by Metropolitan Transportation Authority/MTA Bus Company and Shatisha Stevens from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 30, 2014.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]), and prior orders of this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 14, 2014, is vacated forthwith.
