DECISION PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28
The orders dated June 24, 2004, removing the mother as guardian of her daughter's estate, restraining her as administratrix of her husband's estate, limiting the authority of a successor guardian, appointing a guardian ad litem, and soliciting nominations for an appraiser are vacated. That portion of the judgment dated June 24, 2004, prohibiting the sale of the daughter's stock to any member of the TAZ family or to the company is vacated, provided that, as stipulated by the parties, the daughter's stock shall not be transferred without order of the Probate Court. The judgment dated June 24, 2004, is otherwise affirmed. The matters are remanded to the Probate Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
