This case is currently set for trial at the Court's January 30, 2017, Dallas, Texas trial session. On September 16, 2016, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance and advised the Court that petitioner objected to the motion. On October 13, 2016, petitioner filed a Response to respondent's Motion for Continuance, advising the Court that there was no longer an objection. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed September 16„ 2016, is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's January 30, 2017, trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case on or before December 19, 2016.
