For the reasons assigned in Barnhill v. American Well Service and Salvage, Inc., 432 So.2d 917 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1983), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. The costs of this appeal are to be paid by American Well Service and Salvage, Inc., defendant-appellant.

AFFIRMED.
