This case was calendared for trial during the Court's April 22, 2024, New York, New York, trial session. On January 17, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 17). By Order served January 18, 2024, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

ORDERED that, on or before October 15, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
