By Order to Show Cause, served September 14, 2022, the Court directed the parties to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that no one is lawfully authorized to act on behalf of Carolyn C. Wells, Deceased.

On October 13, 2022, petitioner filed a response, in which petitioner request a reasonable period of time to open a probate proceeding. On October 18, 2022, respondent filed a response.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 22, 2022, the parties shall file status reports as to the then present status of this case.
