This case is currently set for trial during the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. On September 9, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 29) accompanied by two supporting Declarations of Jacob Russin (Docs. 30 & 31). On October 12, 2021, petitioner filed an Opposition to Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 33) accompanied by one Declaration and two supporting Affidavits of Charles A. Ray, Jr. (Doc. 34, 35, & 36). On October 26, 2021, respondent filed a Reply to Petitioner's Opposition to Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 38).

On November 5, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case and respondent's pending motion. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for hearing on respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment at the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session, at a date and time certain of 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.

The parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on November 15, 2021.

The parties shall refer to the Notice of Remote Proceeding served on July 23, 2021, (Doc. 26) for the Zoomgov Meeting ID and Passcode.

This Order constitutes official notice to the parties.
