Upon due consideration of the joint status report filed by the Dahlia Dumas, Public Administrator as Temporary Administrator, and respondent on November 8, 2021, and the recitals therein concerning the present status of above-docketed case, it is
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 9, 2022, file with the Court a further written joint report advising of the then-current status of the related probate proceedings in the New York Surrogate's Court, including any expected conclusion date, and of the instant case.
