ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion for immediate consideration of plaintiff s motion for an extension of time to file an answer to the application is GRANTED.

Plaintiffs motion to file a late answer is GRANTED. The answer to the application for leave to appeal will be due on November 8, 2022, which is an extension of 28 days from the original due date of October 11, 2022.

The motion to dispose of defendant's motion as a vexatious proceeding is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE because it was filed before the issuance of an opinion or order disposing of the matter asserted to have been vexatious. MCR 7.211(C)(8).
