LC No. 22-000463-CH

ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to waive fees is DENIED in light of the indication in the answer to the motion that appellant has been able to pay thousands of dollars in transcript production costs in this case, which would appear to indicate an ability to pay the $375 entry fee for filing the claim of appeal.

Within 21 days after the date of this order, appellant shall pay to the Clerk of the Court the entry fee of $375. Failure to comply with this order will result in the dismissal of the appeal.

The Clerk's Office is directed to send a copy of this order to the Department of Health and Human Services.
