Upon due consideration of the status reports filed in the cases at Docket Nos. 21807-16 and 21810-16 by respondent on May 22, 2023, and by the estate on May 22, 2023, and the recitals therein concerning the present status of these cases and of related litigation pending in the Surrogate Court for Albany County, New York, it is
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 27, 2023, file with the Court further written reports advising of the then-present status of the related cases. Respondent's Motion To Close on Ground of Duplication shall continue to be held in abeyance.
