On May 8, 2014, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance on the ground that allowing a related proceeding to "proceed to conclusion before the Tax Court case is commenced will preserve the Tax Court's resources and will be more efficient and economical for the Tax Court." That motion was granted May 14, 2014. By Joint Status Report filed June 22, 2022, the parties have informed this Court that the related proceeding has been dismissed with prejudice. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition, and the parties need not file further routine written reports unless directed otherwise.
