This case is calendared on the Court's April 11, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On March 9, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance representing that this case is related to a civil lawsuit still pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 9, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 11, 2022, New York, New York, trial session, and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file, within 45 days of the resolution of the related civil lawsuit, a joint status report detailing the then-present status of the case.
