ESTATE OF WILLIAM SHARPSTEEN, PLAINTIFF, v. DANIEL J. WIK, INDIVIDUALLY AND BOING BUSINESS AS CINOLE, DEFENDANT.


PRESENT:

Defendant having moved, upon the return of an order to show cause granted by the Honorable Stephen K. Lindley on September 11, 2019, for a stay of all proceedings to enforce and to vacate an amended order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered August 29, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the amended order entered August 29, 2019, is vacated without prejudice to a motion by plaintiff in Supreme Court, on notice to defendant, to amend the order entered May 3, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion seeking to file a late reply is dismissed.
