ORDER

Juan F. Vasquez, Judge

This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's Los Angeles, California, trial session scheduled to commence on May 1, 2023. On March 30, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance. Petitioner subsequently filed a Pretrial Memorandum on April 6, 2023. Therein petitioner reported that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and that respondent does not object to petitioner's Motion for Continuance. On April 13, 2023, respondent filed a Response to petitioner's Motion confirming that respondent does not object to a continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on May 1, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 2, 2023, the parties shall electronically submit a stipulated decision or file a joint status report. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
