ORDER
On the Court's own motion, in light of the July 7, 2023 order of the Michigan Supreme Court remanding this case to this Court, plaintiff-appellee shall file a supplemental brief within 21 days after the date of this order addressing whether plaintiff-appellee pled any common-law claims in her complaint in this case and, if so, whether enactment of the Ski Area Safety Act, MCL 408.321, et seq., abrogated those common-law claims. Defendant-appellant shall file a supplemental brief in response within 21 days after service of plaintiff-appellee's supplemental brief.
