Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeals taken herein from an order and decrees of the Genesee County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on May 5, 2014, and June 4, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to June 12, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 29, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 29, 2015, and inserting in its place the date July 24, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 29, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 16, 2015, and inserting in its place the date August 10, 2015.
