ORDER

RONALD A. GUZMAN, Judge

This cause coming on to be heard on the Defendants, POLICE OFFICER JAMES EDWARDS, individually, and THE VILLAGE OF DOWNERS GROVE, Motion for Entry of Order, due notice having been given and the Court being fully advised in the premises;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the DuPage County Sheriff shall release to a representative of the law firm of Norton, Mancini, Weiler DeAno, for purposes of use at trial of this case, the following items currently held in evidence by the Sheriffs Department:

1. shotgun seized on April 21, 1999 from 5214 Washington, Downers Grove, Illinois;

2. the sawed off barrel of said shotgun, which was seized on April 21, 1999 from 928 Maple, Downers Grove, Illinois;

3. the stock sawed from the stock being seized on April 21, 1999 from 928 Maple, Downers Grove, Illinois;

4. a set of handcuffs seized on April 21, 1999 from 5214 Washington, Downers Grove, Illinois; and

5. a box of ammunition seized on April 21, 1999 from 5214 Washington, Downers Grove, Illinois.

The law firm of Norton, Mancini, Weiler DeAno is directed to arrange for the return of these items to the DuPage County Sheriffs Department at the completion of this litigation.
