ORDER
Mark V. Holmes Judge.
This case was on the Court's October 19, 2015 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. A fight about who should administer the estate delayed a resolution for years. Then the pandemic struck. But the parties did report last year that the California Superior Court had appointed co-administrators for the estate. Real property owned by the estate and on which the government has a lien would likely be sold to fund the settlement. Respondent reported that a buyer has been found for the property who wanted to open a burrito restaurant on the premises. But petitioner has now reported that the property attracted more liens than the government's. Though this has complicated resolution of this case yet again, the Court sees little advantage to moving it off the status-report track.
It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before May 16, 2022 the parties shall file another status report describing whether escrow has been concluded and the IRS paid. 1
