This case was on the March 21, 2022 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar. On November 23, 2021 we spoke with the parties and learned that they have settled. The parties recently reported that they are in the process of computing an estate tax deficiency and they expect that an agreed upon decision document will be filed with the Court on or before May 20, 2022.
