ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on October 17, 2022, in Hartford, Connecticut. On August 8, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, along with a Declaration of Derek W. Kelley in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment. In the motion, respondent states that he called and left a voice message with petitioner's counsel on August 4, 2022, seeking petitioner's views regarding the granting of the motion, but has not received a response to date; accordingly, he is unaware of petitioner's views regarding the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 8, 2022, petitioner shall file with the Court and serve on respondent a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment. Failure to respond as required by this Order may be deemed consent to the relief sought in the motion.
