ORDER

ELIZABETH A. COPELAND JUDGE

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, in Los Angeles, California.

On February 6, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Stipulation of Settled Issues. The parties informed the Court that the stipulation resolved all issues in this case, and that more time was needed in order to prepare and submit decision documents. The parties have requested an additional forty-five (45) days in which to submit decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, in Los Angeles, California. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 13, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
