ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

This case was calendared for trial on November 28, 2022; however, based on the parties' joint motion for continuance trial of this case was continued and the undersigned retained jurisdiction. Since retaining jurisdiction, the parties have filed no less than 4 status reports, indicating how the parties anticipate resolution of this case without the need for trial. However, since retaining jurisdiction for more than a year this case has not been resolved; therefore, the undersigned is inclined to release jurisdiction over this case.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the undersigned releases jurisdiction over this case and it is restored to the general docket, so that this case may be scheduled for trial at a future trial session of the Court.
