The parties filed a joint status report on January 28, 2022, indicating that these cases will be ready for trial in the summer or fall of 2022. The Court will add these cases to the upcoming June 13, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session once the trial calendar has been cut.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that on or before February 28, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report and submitting a proposed pretrial schedule, including, but not necessarily limited to, dates for (1) the completion of discovery, (2) identification of expert witnesses and the exchange of expert reports, (3) lodging stipulations of facts and exhibits, (4) exchange of witness lists and trial exhibits not included in stipulations, (5) filing of pretrial motions including motions in limine, and (6) filing of pretrial memoranda.
