Estate of Robert Liss, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Sage Systems, Inc., Defendant-Respondent.


Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 22, 2018, and from an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered on or about April 9, 2019, and the appeal from the August 22, 2018 order having been perfected, And plaintiff having moved to (1) stay enforcement of the aforesaid order and order and judgment, and all proceedings in this action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and (2) consolidate the appeals and supplement the record on appeal filed with respect to the August 22, 2019 order to include the April 9, 2019 order and judgment, and the Notice of Appeal and the Informational Statement pertaining thereto, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion to stay enforcement of the aforesaid order and order and judgment, and all proceedings in this action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, is granted. The branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the appeals is granted on condition that plaintiff serves and files the supplemental record within 5 days of this order.
