ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

This case was set for trial on the Court's Nashville, TN trial session, commencing on April 8, 2024. On March 14, 2024, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance of trial, which the Court granted. The undersigned retained jurisdiction over this case and ordered the parties to file a status report on or before May 15, 2024.

On July 5, 2024, the parties filed a First Stipulation of Facts and status report, indicating how the parties intend to file cross-motions for summary judgment within 60 days. The Court is inclined to act on any dispositive motion(s) filed; however, the Court is not inclined to require the parties to file a dispositive motion by a certain date.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before September 11, 2024, the parties are to file a joint status report (or separate reports if preferred) outlining the current status of this case.
