ESTATE OF MAURICE LABOZ, Deceased, v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent SCOTT EISENMESSER AND WILLIAMPUNCH, Executors, Petitioners,

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

These cases were on the Court's October 19, 2020 trial calendar for New York City. The issues in both are quite complex, and the parties wanted to try to settle them at IRS Appeals. They recently reported that they have settled and are working on computations. Ahead of them still lies the possible need to submit their final proposed settlement to Joint Committee review. The cases may stay on a status-report track and it is therefore

ORDERED that on or before November 19, 2021 the parties submit settlement documents or file a joint status report to describe their progress.
