MEMORANDUM OPINION
This is an appeal from a summary judgment signed June 19, 2013. The reporter's record was filed November 1, 2013, and the clerk's record was filed November 14, 2013. Appellants' brief was due December 16, 2013, but it was not filed. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a). Appellants did not request an extension of time to file the brief. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(d).
On January 14, 2013, this court issued an order stating that unless appellants filed a brief on or before February 7, 2013, the court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b). Appellants filed no response.
Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
