On May 18, 2024, the Petition to commence this case was filed on behalf of the Estate of Marion Kline, Deceased by Andrea Melfi, who represents that she is the personal representative of the decedent's estate. However, no documentation demonstrating that Ms. Melfi has been appointed personal representative by a court of competent jurisdiction is attached to the Petition.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 1, 2024, Andrea Melfi shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto documentation substantiating her appointment as personal representative of the Estate of Marion Kline, Deceased, with the legal capacity to represent that estate before this Court, as well as a copy of Marion Kline's death certificate.
