MARQUES CHARLES MOORE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

PATRICK J. URDA, JUDGE

The Court previously issued an Order granting in part the motion to withdraw as counsel with respect to Nicholas J. Richards and Sabrina L. Strand. As indicated in our Order, it appears that the remaining attorney in this case is Douglas A. Schmidt, who no longer works at the law firm that was representing petitioner Marques Moore. We will allow Mr. Schmidt to show cause why he should not be withdrawn as counsel for petitioner. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 19, 2023, Douglas A. Schmidt shall show cause in writing why he should not be withdrawn as counsel for petitioner. If Schmidt fails to file a response, the Court is inclined to withdraw him as counsel for petitioner.
