MATTHEW HUNTER MOORE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge

This case was originally scheduled for trial on January 23, 2023, at the Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court. By Order dated January 6, 2023, this case was stricken for trial and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On January 13, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index No. 12). On January 30, 2023, the parties filed a second Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index. No 14). It appears to the Court that these two Proposed Stipulated Decisions are identical, with only respondent's signature date differing. For that reason, the Court will strike the second Proposed Stipulation as duplicative.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision at Index No. 14, filed with the Court on January 30, 2023, is hereby stricken from the record as duplicative.
