ESTATE OF KAROLYN MAY HIBBERT v. HUNTERS GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOC

LC No. 2022-877567-CZ.

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion for reinstatement is DENIED without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.

The Clerk of the Court provided notice regarding the nature of the defect in this filing, and the defect was not corrected in a timely manner. Although appellant has provided a copy of the requested order with its motion for reinstatement, appellant fails to establish mistake, inadvertence, or excusable neglect for its failure to provide the order in a timely manner.
