ESTATE OF MIRA HERTZ, DECEASED, SAMUEL HERTZ, TRUSTEE, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case was on the Court's October 19, 2020 trial calendar for New York City, but settled (at least in principle) before. The parties continue to report that they are discussing settlement, but haven't yet drafted settlement documents. The Court will keep the case on a status-report track for now but expects that that parties will wrap the case up by the end of the year. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before November 21, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report describing their progress.
