On February 17, 2023, petitioner filed a motion for leave to file report an appraisal report dated 2017 and lodged the appraisal report.
On February 17, 2023, petitioner filed a motion for leave to file report an appraisal report dated 2019 and lodged the appraisal report.
On February 17, 2023, respondent filed a motion for continuance.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's aforementioned motions for leave are granted and the two appraisal reports are filed as of the date of this Order. It is further
ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before February 24, 2023, file a response to respondent's motion for continuance.
