Appeal by the named defendant et al. from the decision by the workers' compensation commissioner for the second district granting the plaintiffs' claim for, inter alia, survivor's benefits, brought to the compensation review board, which affirmed the commissioner's decision, and the named defendant et al. appealed to this court. Reversed; decision directed.
